Contestant Release The entrant (hereinafter, the .Model.) depicted in pictures submitted for entry in the Booble Fan Sign Contest hereby affirms that all of the answers given in this form are truthful and complete. - I have read and thoroughly understand the Terms and Conditions of the Services I will offer. - I agree to cooperate with Booble to confirm the accuracy of any and all the information contained in this Agreement if and when I am contacted at the email address provided. - I will submit information and photo identification upon request. - I am eighteen (18) years or older, and I have the capacity to enter into this Agreement. - My appearance in the submitted photo is completely voluntary. - I am not under the influence of any intoxicating substance, including but not limited to alcohol or drugs, and I understand that these are not allowed on the premises during this project. 2. COMPENSATION. Model acknowledges that in exchange for the terms of this agreement, model is being allowed to enter the Booble Fan Sign Contest, and Model stipulates that this entry comprises good and valuable consideration. 4. GRANT OF RIGHTS. With respect to any images submitted for the Fan Sign Contest, Booble shall solely and exclusively own all photographs, images, products, proceeds thereof, including all rights of whatever kind and character throughout the world and in perpetuity. These rights are unlimited and perpetual. a. Model further grants to Booble the perpetual but nonexclusive right to use, and to license others to use, the submitted reproductions of Model.s physical likeness, persona, name, and professional name for any purpose whatsoever. 6. WAIVERS. a. Model understands and agrees to the following: b. Booble shall have no obligation to release or complete the Contest, or to even utilize the images submitted, and model has no right to approve or control of the use of any images submitted after she submits them to Booble. c. Model releases Booble from any and all claims arising out of this Agreement or the use of the Performance and/or Audio Portion including, without limitation, publicity claims, invasion of privacy claims, defamation claims, stalking claims, sexual harassment claims, injuries (both physical and emotional), threats by third parties due to Model.s image or performance on the Internet. 7. OTHER DOCUMENTS AND ACTS. The undersigned parties understand that the project is adult oriented entertainment. The undersigned certify that they have entered this agreement of their own free will, and not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol or duress, not under the inducement of any promise not set forth in this agreement. The undersigned represent and warrant that they are over the age of eighteen (18), and that each has read the foregoing and fully understands the meaning and effect thereof, and are fully authorized to execute this and fully intend to be legally bound.
