Contest Rules

2) Models must be professional.. Professional means that you have a website, a cam show, appear on a website, or appear in a cam show, or you have appeared in at least one commercially released DVD.

3) All models must use the fan sign provided by Booble. No copies or facsimiles.

4) By submitting your entry, you agree that Booble will own the copyright to the picture, and that you have the right to transfer the copyright to Booble. You agree that you will never seek to remove the picture from Booble and that you will never seek to enforce any rights in connection to the entry against Booble. Booble's rights under these rules are transferable.

5) If you are selected as a monthly winner, you will receive $500. If you are selected as the annual winner, you will receive $5000.

6) Entrants are only eligible to win one monthly prize per year and one annual prize. Once you have won the annual prize, you are disqualified from any future prizes.

7) Booble reserves the right to select winners in its sole discretion. You have no right to protest decisions, nor any grievance rights. Booble may reject entrants for any reason whatsoever, and will select its winners based on its own judgment.

8) These rules may be amended by Booble from time to time, and you waive any rights that you may have to demand application of older rules.

9) You must agree to a model release prior to your entry being considered for any purpose whatsoever.

10) Booble encourages you to promote voting among your friends, family and community. However, any attempts by a contestant to promote fraudulent voting, participation in fraudulent voting by a contestant or her proxy, or generating spam emails, will result in an action determined by Booble at it's discretion.

11) In consideration for Booble permitting you to enter the contest, you agree to all of the above rules, and you hereby waive all rights to publicity, invasion of privacy protections, copyright, or any other personal rights or torts.
